Order Cancellation
In case you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
-You can cancel an order within 1 Day of placing the order. Your money will be refunded if its a prepaid order.

-In case you need to cancel your order after it has been dispatched.
You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.

1. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customer support to cancel the order so that a fresh order can be placed.

3. How can I track my order?
You will receive a mail with shipment details once your order is dispatched. It will include the shipment number/AWB and the name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can also write to us care@ayuvya.com
